What data we collect
When you fill in the home quote form we collect your full name, email address, phone number, postcode, monthly electricity bill range and property type. When you fill in the business enquiry form we collect your business name, contact name, phone, email, site postcode, property type and approximate annual electricity spend. We also record the page you submitted the form from and the date and time of your enquiry.
Why we collect it
We use your data to check the planning rule for your address, arrange a roof or site survey, prepare a written quotation, and contact you about your enquiry. We do not use your data for marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry details are passed to one of our MCS-certified installer partners so they can carry out the survey and prepare the quotation. We only share your data with a partner when you have given consent by submitting the form. We do not share your data with any other third parties except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry data for as long as is necessary to provide a quotation and respond to any follow-up questions. If you do not proceed with a quotation, we retain your data for a reasonable period to answer any outstanding questions and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see your rights below).
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are only set after you give consent through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time. See our cookie policy for details.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, the right to ask us to correct it, the right to ask us to delete it, and the right to object to or restrict processing.
